Hey I'm Zequiel, or Kiel for short.Before I became a digital artist, I spent my school years creating traditional editorial cartoons for my school's publication, so crisp line work and hatching are kind of second nature to me (and kind of a curse). It's a skill that stuck with me, shaping my work today and my dreams for the future. I push myself to keep improving my art so that I can create comics that I - and a lot of people - can love and resonate with one day.When I'm not drawing, you'll probably find me in a post-apocalyptic video game world or trying to survive the next virtual disaster.All these are streamed on Twitch - art, games, sometimes both at once. Process and T.O.S.

COMMISSION PROCESS:
1. The Client (you) will reach out to the Artist (me) through email ([email protected]) or discord (zinnistry)
2. The Artist and Client will discuss the specifics of the commission which includes the initial quote of the project. 25% of the initial price must be paid at this time to secure the commission slot.
3. The Artist will send a sketch to the client to confirm poses and placements. The client is allowed two free revisions.
4. Once the Client approves of the sketch, they must pay another 25% of the initial price (+any additional revision charges) before the Artist proceeds with the rest of the art.
5. The artist will send updates to the client at every stage of polishing the art (lineart, flats, background, render, etc). No free revisions are allowed at this time.
5. The Artist will send a preview of the polished art in which the Client is allowed one free revision.
6. Once approved, the Client must pay the remainder of the initial price as well as any additional charges before the Artist can release the art.
7. The Artist will send the following versions of the art to the Client:
- Watermarked Full Resolution
- Unwatermarked Full Resolution
- Watermarked Social-Media-Compatible ResolutionTERMS OF SERVICE
1. All commissions are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial commissions will be priced differently.
2. Each commission may take up to 1-2 weeks. Rush orders will incur additional charges.
3. Unexpected circumstances may cause delays in the commission's turnover time. In this case, the Artist has the right to cancel any commission with refunds at the Artist's discretion.
4. No refunds upon cancellation unless it is the Artist who decided to cancel the commission, or the Artist fails to meet the deadline.
5. The Artist may use any commissioned art for self-promotion unless the Client specifically asks not to.
4. The Client is NOT ALLOWED to reproduce the commissioned art in any way, feed to any Generative AI tool or use for NFT. I will eat you and your grandma's kneecaps if you do this.
5. The Client is NOT ALLOWED to post the unwatermarked full resolution version of the commissioned art to the internet in any way, shape, or form. A watermarked social-media-compatible version is provided to the client for free if they wish to share it.
6. Mutual respect between the Client and the Artist is required throughout the duration of the commission process. By all means, talk shit about me once the commission is done. Otherwise, be nice or i will cry (and cancel the comm without a refund >:[ )***If you made it all the way here, phew! That was a lot, sorry. But I appreciate you lots! <3
